Then Sunriser Jeff Stebbins came up to introduce this year’s RCAS Memorial Scholarship recipients:

Serendipity (Seri) Welsh, who will attend the University of Chicago.
The recipient of our four-year recurring scholarship was Emily Nalley, who will attend the University of California, Davis.

The photo that introduces the video above shows the Scholarship recipients with the RCAS Scholarship Committee. From left to right, you see RCAS President Ian Schatz, Jeff Stebbins, Jude Ortega, Emily Nalley, Grace Talty, Seri Welsh, Bryan Plumley, and Jennifer Coriell.
